WE’RE HIRING - DIGITAL CONTENT DESIGNER

We’re seeking a passionate and versatile Digital Content Designer to lead the design and delivery of our digital and print communications. This part-time role (4 days/week) offers flexible working, creative freedom, and the chance to shape the voice and visual identity of two of Belfast’s most innovative cultural festivals: RENDR Festival and Belfast Photo Festival.

Location: Belfast / Hybrid Working

Term: Permanent Contract

Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 Pro Rata (based on 40-hour week)

Hours: Part-time (32 hours / week)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and deliver all visual materials, digital and print communications
Manage and update websites (Squarespace), analytics, and e-commerce features
Develop content strategies for social media, newsletters, and advertising
Create compelling visual and motion content across platforms (Adobe CC)
Ensure brand consistency across all media, aligning with partner guidelines
Manage content production schedules and collaborate with internal team
Report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and social insights

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Essential:

Experience in a design/digital content role

Adobe CC (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, etc.)
Strong communication & organisational skills
Experience managing websites (ideally Squarespace)

Desirable:

Knowledge of creative industries (film, gaming, art)
Motion graphics, print proofing
Familiarity with social platforms, newsletter tools
Google Workspace, Analytics, SEO
