RENDR Festival is seeking a proactive and organised Box Office & Event Co-ordinator. This individual will oversee ticketing operations from pre-sale through to on-site delivery, with a particular focus on managing bulk sales via Ticket Tailor, engaging businesses and educational institutions, and running the physical box office during the Festival. The role will also support wider event coordination, including management of the Digital Art Gallery and Arcade, and ensuring a first-class experience for VIP guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all ticketing systems, primarily Ticket Tailor, including setup, bulk booking management, and reporting.
Lead on group and bulk sales to businesses, schools, universities, and community organisations.
Run the physical box office during RENDR Festival, including supervising front of house, providing excellent customer service, and managing on-the-day sales.
Coordinate and manage the Digital Art Gallery and Arcade, including pre-planning, scheduling, and liaising with participating partners to ensure smooth delivery.
Support the coordination of festival events, working closely with venues, partners, and production teams.
Manage hospitality and care for VIP guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Promote festival events through proactive outreach to businesses, institutions, and community groups.
Maintain and update customer databases and mailing lists to maximise engagement and repeat bookings.
Establish and sustain positive relationships with audiences, partners, and stakeholders via email, phone, and in-person.
Generate and respond to enquiries for group ticket bookings in a professional and timely manner.
Produce clear ticketing, sales, and event reports for the management team, including monitoring key performance indicators.
Provide effective administrative and operational support across box office, event coordination, and partner relations.
Contribute to the development of sales and audience strategies to increase engagement and revenue.
Other duties as required in support of ticketing, event coordination, and festival delivery.
