DESIGN & DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
We’re seeking a passionate and versatile Design & Marketing Manager to lead the design and delivery of our digital and print communications. This part-time role (4 days/week) offers flexible working, creative freedom, and the chance to shape the voice and visual identity of two of Belfast’s most innovative cultural festivals: Belfast Photo Festival and RENDR Festival.
LOCATION: BELFAST OFFICE / HYBRID WORKING
TERM: PERMANENT CONTRACT
SALARY: £27,000 - £35,000 PRO RATA (BASED ON 40-HR WEEK)
HOURS: PART TIME (32 HOURS / WEEK)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Essential:
Experience or knowledge of design/digital content creation
Familiarity with social platforms for audience engagement
Adobe CC (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, etc.)
Strong communication & organisational skills
Desirable:
Knowledge of creative industries (film, gaming, animation, art)
Motion graphics, print proofing
Familiarity with newsletter tools
Google Workspace, Analytics, SEO, YouTube editing
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Design and delivery of visual materials and digital communications
Manage and update websites (Squarespace), analytics, and e-commerce features
Develop content strategies for social media, newsletters, and advertising
Create compelling visual and motion content across platforms (Adobe CC)
Ensure brand consistency across all media, aligning with partner guidelines
Manage content production schedules and collaborate with internal team
Report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and social insights.
