PROGRAMMES & PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER
We’re seeking a passionate Programmes & Partnerships Manager to play a key role in bringing RENDR Festival to life. RENDR is a groundbreaking creative-tech festival exploring film, gaming, immersive media, and innovation at the frontier of digital art.
This role will help shape RENDR’s programme, welcome world-class speakers and build meaningful relationships across the creative technology industries. Working closely with the CEO and wider team, you will connect with studios, partners, sponsors, universities and cultural organisations, while coordinating talks, screenings, workshops, networking events and interactive experiences from early planning through to delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, proactive and people-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and working collaboratively within a fast-moving international festival.
Location: Company Office (Belfast) and Flexible Working by Arrangement.
Term: Permanent contract.
Salary: £35 - £40k pro rata
Hours: Part Time (4 days, 32 hours per week).

RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the development and delivery of RENDR Festival’s annual programme.
Research and engage speakers, studios, partners and emerging creative technology talent.
Manage speaker communications, contracts, schedules, travel, hospitality and technical requirements.
Develop relationships with sponsors, universities, cultural organisations and industry stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for partnerships, exhibitions, sponsorship, audience growth and income generation.
Coordinate VIP, B2B, networking and partner-led events alongside the wider team.
Manage programme schedules, documentation, budgets, proposals, reporting and evaluation.
